Availability of spare parts: 5 Years
We offer two types of warranty, depending on the size of the screen:
• For screens greater than or equal to 27’’ (68cm): on-site operation
• For screens smaller than or equal to 23,8’’ (60cm): workshop return
After sales services are provided by repair stations approved by WEMOOVE
*The warranty shall not apply in case of:
• Usage that does not comply with the instructions provided
• Malfunction due to an improper installation or any external cause
• Exceptional marking or burn of the panel
Operational mode for on-site operations
The customer or supplier contacts the WEMOOVE hotline, where the problem can be diagnosed. If the product is out of order, the WEMOOVE hotline will make a request to one of its certified repair stations for an on-site intervention.
The request must include the following information:
As soon as the request for an on-site operation is received, WEMOOVE will acknowledge receipt of it. WEMOOVE or one of its associates will get in touch with the client within 48 hours to make an appointment. An appointment will be scheduled for an on-site intervention within 7 days.
The WEMOOVE approved repair station will send someone to the scheduled appointment equipped with its service kit to fix the product at the first attempt.
If shall not be possible:
• Customer is unreachable
• Customer is unavailable for an intervention within 7 days
The intervention will be cancelled and a notice will be sent to the WEMOOVE hotline with the justification. The customer will have to contact the hotline and request another intervention.
Operational mode for a workshop return
The customer has to send or take** the product directly to the repair center instructed by the WEMOOVE hotline.
Note: shipping costs for the repaired product are covered by WEMOOVE (if the product is under warranty)
It should be noted that:
*Those terms do not apply to exposition products;
**It needs to be made sure that the product is correctly wrapped, preferably in its original package. Otherwise the product may be damaged during transport and be denied at delivery.
